Glove Touch Screen

Glove touch screens are touch screens intended for operators who wear gloves — a common case in factories, warehouses, food handling and outdoor work, where removing gloves to operate a screen is impractical or unsafe. Specify the gloves your operators wear and the gestures they need to perform.

What the company website states

The company website states that its touch screens support use with gloves of various materials, and that touch continues to work when the operator wears gloves up to 6mm thick.

Why glove support matters

Standard capacitive screens are tuned for bare skin, and a glove inserts an insulating layer between the finger and the sensor. Thicker gloves, and gloves made of insulating materials, make the signal weaker. A screen intended for glove use is therefore tuned differently, and the tuning depends on the glove material and thickness the buyer actually uses.

That is why the buyer-facing question is practical rather than technical: what gloves do your operators wear, and how thick are they? The selection guide in the blog section turns that question into a confirmation checklist for glove scenarios, while this page stays at the category level.

What to confirm before ordering

Please confirm the glove material and thickness your operators use, the cover glass shape and treatment, and the controller interface. If possible, please describe a sample test with the actual gloves, so the discussion is grounded in the real operating condition rather than a generic claim.

Please also confirm the minimum order quantity and the delivery schedule before payment. Certificates available upon request.

• Confirm the glove material and thickness used on site
• Confirm the cover glass shape and optical treatment
• Confirm the controller interface and bonding method
