Custom Touch Screen

Custom touch screens are touch screens configured around a buyer's requirement rather than picked from a standard line: a non-rectangular cover glass, a particular optical treatment, a bonding method chosen for the environment, or a panel size class that fits an existing enclosure. This page describes how custom requests are handled, and what the buyer should send.

What can be customised

The points most often customised are the cover glass shape, the optical treatment, the bonding method and the panel size class. The website's own statements describe cover glass in round, arc, polygonal, curved and irregular shapes, and optical treatments including AG, AR and AF — those statements are reproduced with their source on the cover glass page, and they set the range of the custom discussion.

Custom does not mean unlimited. Some combinations are not practical, and the honest answer in a custom discussion is sometimes that a standard line fits better. That is why the inquiry asks for the requirement first and a quotation second.

What to send with your inquiry

Please include the shape and size class you need, the optical treatment and bonding preference if known, the operating environment, and the quantity you need. If any of these is not yet decided, please say so.

Please confirm the minimum order quantity and the delivery schedule before payment. Please ask for the certificates your project requires and confirm them before ordering. Certificates available upon request.
